I would definitely suggest a CAI. Just put an Airaid in on my 09 lariat last week and have to agree with the previous posts. The truck sounds much better, hp and torque improved, and it is FUN to drive!
My Ariaid took me 15 mintues to install and was very simple. All you have to do:
1. disconnect the negative battery cable
2. remove the stock cover for the air filter, disconnect the sensor
3. assemble the housing for the new filter, attach the filter w/new housing, then sensor, then battery all back together
Ta-da, a new intake system. No cutting out parts, the stock tubing fits the new housing, and was a breeze. I found it for $245 online.

Incorrect, we offer a slew of CAI custom tunes through internet update to purchase. Most range from between $6-$12.

I put the banks ram cold air intake on my 2013 F150 with the eccoboost, but I also tuned it with a hypertech programmer and it gave me almost 2 miles to the gallon increase on a trip to Phoenix last week.
