Default Flowmaster 44 vs the super 40

I'm looking for some straight info/opinions on these two. I know not everyone likes Flowmaster but I'm not interested in hearing why you like magnaflow or whatever. Just looking for which is louder the 40 or the 44. I know the 44 has a deeper tone which is what I am leaning towards. I appreciate it!!

I like the 44s myself because of the deeper tone. I have been wondering if flowmaster makes a bolt in super 44 for the 2014? Thanks

Super 44's are a little bit louder than Super 40's.

Flowmaster Super 44's are universal-fit mufflers. We do not offer a direct-fit, or bolt-on, version of the Super 44 Series muffler for 2014 F-150's, but these mufflers an be easily adapted into any exhaust system.

Well I put the super 44 on Saturday and she is a beast! A bit louder in the cab than I expected, but I think that's due to the amount of low end its pushing out.

I have the 44 and it sounds great, nice low growl under acceleration and sounds mean at idle. Sounded even better once I threw the K&N 63 CAI on. I have a heavy foot and get 16-17 in town and 19-20 on the highway, so I'm pretty pleased with the combo
