We just found out that the SCT Live Wire wont be out till late summer!
I was hoping to get my custom tunes moved into one...I guess we have to wait. As for a custom tune on a 5.4l compared to the Edge...I cant imagine its much better. I could be wrong, but these are not like diesels. I think their is only so much power to be had. We are hooked up with a custom SCT tuner (Innovative Diesel) They make some of the best 6.0L tunes you can get. He also does alot with modified mustangs. He feels you wont notice a big differance over the Edge, but I have never compared. I wouldnt tell you not to do it, Troyer has been doing these trucks for a long time, and Im sure he knows more about them than any of us. I guess if you can wait for the Live Wire setup you will have the best of both worlds! I cant wait...it looks awesome.

well yah with diesel adding exhaust and intake does so much more than in a gas engine. In a diesel the exhaust helps the turbo spin faster. BOOST is the name of the game

I have the diaoblo preadator tuner on my truck and it opened my truck up. I didnt believe the power it added. It has three power levels, a factory tune that is for economy, a diaoblo tune, which lets you customise the tune thats right for you, and a 100hp tune.
