I have a 2013 Ford F-150 STX with 5.0L V8 and was wondering what the best programmers are? any recommendations?

I have the sct with added tunes from 5Star... ford has these 5.0 engines tuned well so the tuners don't add much extra power... I really didn't notice much difference other than the shift points. I think I remember some brands of tunes advertising about 10 hp gains

I heard diablo sport is in the process of making there tuner in detectable to dealers which will be nice, but haven't heard anything on the performance numbers there producing
