Default Bds vs Rough Country leveling kit

I have a 15 xlt screw, I'm looking to put a leveling kit on it and I can't decide between
Bds 2.5" two piece strut ext and 1" rear blocks or Rough Country 2.5" one piece strut ext and 1" rear block w/ RC shocks.
So is the two piece strut extender better than one piece?
I read the two piece won't max out the upper ball joint, is this true?
Also two piece is 100 bucks more.

I can't possibly imagine how a two piece spacer would put any less of an angle on the ball joint than a one piece.... in the end it is still just a 2.5 inch spacer. I've got a 2.5 rough country on my 07 xlt

That's what I thought but the Ford Dealer installs the 2 piece. I would think the two piece would just compress the spring more, but the angle would stay the same. Thanks
