If you don't mind a little risk for a good price then go for it! Personally I give a company 1 chance to make something right they screw up and if they refuse then I move on, there are plenty of other companies out there and the next one might just know what good customer service is! The ones I find with great customer service then become my go to companies! I've seen enough here that I'll be sure to avoid 4wheelonline.com even if they have the best price.
