Default 2v 5.4 build questions

Hi folks. Im pretty new here bit a long time luker. I have a 2000 f150 with the 2v 5.4. I have tons of suspension, brake, rear end work ect done to my truck. I have buolt it for the sole purpose of prerunning and bashing around the desert. Now its time to turn my attention to the motor trans. It has an intake headers full exhaust and a tune. Buuuuuuut its getting a little tired at 200k miles. I was thinking engine swap to a 351w or a 460 big block but the cost, wiring, down time have all turned me off to it. So i want to build the 5.4 and keep the 2v heads. I was thinking fox lake heads, nice forged pistons, forged h-beam rods and all that jazz a nice custom grind cam and slap a procharger on it. Reason a procharger is due to the intercooling aspect and i can make the procharger fit alot easier since i have a full engine cage putting a roots/twinscrew SC would be a PITA due to low clearance between the top of motor to the bottom of cage work. Anything else i need to keep in mind going this...parts or anything to make thos go a bit smoother and suck as much power out of it as possible while keeping it reliable and a real healthy low to midrange and decent top end. Mid range is most important for me. As thats where my trucks rpms are usually while im out beating up the desert. Thanks in advance!
