Default App to control truck?

My dad just got a new Silverado and his came with something installed so he can download an app and essentially remote start unlock and lock his truck from his phone from anywhere or at least without a straight line of sight...

My question is does anyone know if there is any aftermarket app or ford app that i can install on my 2012 king ranch that will allow me to do the same thing but not change any of the key fobs or anything??? I don't have a clear line of sight to my truck from my place and there are times i find myself going out of the way just to start or lock/unlock my truck...

Lots of reading, but they do! I have one installed in my 2011 xlt. Requires some OEM accessories and cost $50 a year for the service, but it's nice being able to start my truck from 1,000+ miles away

Basically any remote start system that uses 3G/Cellular can do this. There's no app to install in the vehicle, it's just a control module with cellular connectivity.
