So I ordered them but the place I went through suggested I don't get the light kit as they said it was $200.
Any input on this from those that have them? Did I mess up by not getting light? I figured when you open the door you get light coming out. Or does it come on when you unlock the truck?

I have a 2010 and they lights were included. It would have to be a really old kit as I think they've been offering the kit lights included fro a couple years now.

I walked into the shop today to get the steps put on. The first thing the guy asked me (not the sales person that took the order) was - why wouldn't you want the lights on here? He goes on to say the work order says "no lights"........
I am like - yeah I want them they are included right. And of course they were. Funny when sales people don't know what they are selling and can't look it up even after you call them to question them on it.
Picking it up in a few hours - kind of excited
