adjusting camber
First time to post on this website. I got a levelling kit a few months back off of ebay and it was supposed to level the front of the truck to be even with the rear. After I installed it i took the truck to the alignment shop where i was told my truck, 2006 2x4 xl, did not have the necessary equipment to adjust the camber. Does anyone know if this guy was full of it or if i have to buy another kit to be able to adjust the camber? Any Info at all is of great help.The spacer measures 1 3/4 inches tall. Thanks

Hello To everyone, Iam a new member,first time here
my question is I have a 05 f-150 supercrew 4x2 I just had a friend install a skyjacker leveling kit on it. turned out great we both suggested that I shoulg go and get a wheel alignment or at least get it checked so I did, The tech at NTB told me it is not bad but he could not adjust the toe because I have to get new front camber/caster cam bolt kits needless to say I told him I would get back to him because they were telling me the part were 164.00 per kit,does anyone know about these bolt kits? should I replace them? do I need to replace them? where can I get them? the kit has got to be cheaper than 164.00 per kit.
maybe the alignment shop was telling the truth. they may not have this "kit"

I Voted For Bill and Opus
If you look at the lift kits they do include replacement camber/caster cam bolt kits. If you watch the Trucks! program on Spike Channel when they do a suspension lift they change out these parts and many times the axle is replaced as well. I would have to say the mechanic was telling you the truth, as for what he wanted to charge to for the kit, check out the lift kit sold by the truck parts supply outfits.
