You can definitely order your tuner without filling out the cal form. I would email Mike and ask him though about waiting that long. I can't see that being a problem for him though?

I agree with most of the others on my experience with Mike at 5 Star. I ordered the tuner and 3 custom tunes on a Sunday evening. Had the tuner by Wednesday with tunes already loaded. I've also had to get updated tunes after going up in tire size recently. It was within my 6 months of purchase, so they were updated with no charge. I filled out the request on a Friday night and the tunes first thing Saturday morning less than 10 hrs after the request. He's been very prompt with answering emails as well. I've seen FAR more positive experiences and very, very few negative experiences like you have had. I hate your experience hasn't been smooth.
