Default Bilstein 5100 vs Pro Comp pro runner ss

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried both or has a input on which one is better? I'm going to install them on my 2013 f150 and I wanna be able to clear 33s with no rub. Is this possible?

People on here clear 33's without a lift or level (305/55/20). Some people even do 34's without one (275/65/20).

That's good to know! Does anyone have any input on which front shock is better?

Bilstein 5100's set at the 2nd notch from the top...gained about an 1-1/2". A stock 4x4 will easily clear 33x11's but I like the leveled look so I went with the Bilstein shocks and love them so far...also have them on the rear for better ride control. I feel certain I could clear a 34x12 with no rubbing.

Did you install the shocks yourself?

But with he bilsteins you have to use the stock coil and with the pro comp it comes as a full coil over. Even then the bilsteins are better? I'm just wondering how good the stock coil is.

No...I had a local offroad shop do it since they had the shocks in stock. They also did a 4 wheel alignment. At 67 yrs old I decided to let the younger guys do it!
