Default 2003 F150 3 inch lift problems

I just put a 3 inch lift on my 2003 f150 and put 33x12.50r17 mickey Thompson baja mtz tires on it. The lift included 3 inch blocks for rear and 1-3" adjustable torsion keys for the front and pro comp shocks all around. I put on the blocks and keys and then leveled the truck which took cranking torsion keys all the way. When I was driving it the truck was jumping (kind I like it would if I was in 4wd). I figured it was cause of the angle of the cv joints so I lowered front about an inch and the jumping stopped but the angle I the cv joints still appears to be the same. Anyone else have this problem? Of so wha caused it and is there anyway I can level the truck back up and stop it from jumping?
