Default 2.5 level and now a loud clunking noise from rear

Aside from being happy with the look so far my truck started making a loud clunking noise from what seems to be the rear /middle of the truck after putting the front 2.5 strut spacer. I still have to put the rear block and wonder if that'll diminish the sounds as it'll ease the angles. I looked through the forums and saw that some 4x4s experience some problems with the IWEs after level kits. I'm pretty stumped but I'm hoping I didn't screw some stuff up. The pinion seal on my differential is leaking as well. The noise is around the differential/drive shaft. Any suggestions would really help!

The clunking/vibrating doesn't happen initially, only when the truck heats up. Feels like I'm losing power as well when on the highway and it shifts gears

Is the clunking noise constant as you drive or does it only happen when you turn left or right? Or when you accelerate from a stop.

Problem was finally solved, somehow after the level a rock kicked back between the muffler and the frame. This rock was the size of a damn baseball. When it would heat up the rock would lodge itself deeper between the muffler and cause horrible rattling. My fan clutch ended up giving out shortly after and after fixing it, that solved some of the power issues
