Where are you at? I've heard of these markups in California and a few other places. I ordered a Raptor back in November for $50 over invoice plus $249 doc fee, that's it. But I am still waiting on it, hope to have it this month finally. I am trading in my 2011 King Ranch with 28k miles and getting $30,700 for it. Raptors on the lot typically demand MSRP and no rebates, you have to order to get a better deal, and wait a long time. There are some dealers in Texas that will sell them for $3k off but that is about the best I could find. If you want more info, shoot me a PM.
What dealers in TX sell under 3k msrp. I am in Houston area looking around for decent dealer.

So no front and rear camera, sensors, moonroof, 801a (nav, etc), hid, or graphics. Honestly if you can live without that stuff go for it. Really depends on your needs / wants. I went full out on a screw and it was about 12-13k more than what your looking at. It all comes down to preference. Did you build it on ford's site to see what the configuration costs? I'm wondering if they would give it to you at invoice.

Graphics are ugly to me. So that is no big deal. 
Never understood the front camera deal! SMH
Sunroofs always leak and Insurance rates here in MD are higher if you have them
in your vehicle.
