Ordered a Screw 8:00am, 07/21/16. All options except Carbon Fiber and Tailgate step in Avalanche Grey. Got a VIN# about 3 weeks ago with build date week of 10/10/16. This Monday (09/19) I got actual build date of Wed, 10/12/16.

What exactly are you tracking at FordEtis site ESP ? Looking at that site, it's a repair scheduling site that seems to present only the most generic vehicle information. Granted, that more than the stupid COTUS site is showing. In fact, I spoke to Ford SVT Customer Support who was able to see my VIN and confirm that no build schedule had yet been assigned, and during that conversation they said that Ford was no longer using the COTUS site at all. Who knows what the truth is.

This is the ETIS site. Click on the link to add a vehicle and it should re-direct you to a prompt for the VIN number. Enter your VIN and some info comes up. Not much other than confirming I am in and it's a Ford Raptor etc.

Got my Vin finally today. They are saying the week of Nov 7th. Got my order in on the 7/29. My priority code is 18. I'm in no rush. My 15 F150 Platinum is an awesome truck. So I'm hoping that I'll see it by Christmas.

I just wanted to touch base on a few things.
Etis is not a U.S. based site; I believe it's used primarily in Europe. Because of this, the information that you see in there may not be accurate or the most up-to-date. I know that it's been useful, though, to be able to check on your orders yourself.
COTUS is still under development. As you've all seen, it doesn't work for all vehicle models, years, or customer regions. I know it's definitely cool to look at, and great because it has a version of window sticker, but it is still considered to be 'in beta'.
You're always welcome to reach out with us on here for status updates as well. Just PM us your dealer code and order number, or VIN.
