Hey tapauto unfortunately it looks like im **** out of luck they told me they cant waste any more time on it and to bring back their loaner 2 weeks ago so i am lost ive tried calling ford and the dealer multiple times they wont even return my voice mails it is truly unbelievable especially after 70 plus days straight of them having my truck and spending money on parts trying to fix it to tell me its normal and thats the end of it seems goofy especially when the technician pulled me aside to say there is something very wrong with it and his hands are tied. I have owned a new ford truck once a year since 17 this is the first time ive had a bad taste in my mouth and feel its a POS

Not to be an *** but quit wasting your time. Go get your truck. Buy new front shock or shocks and then sue them. I had to do it to gm. They settled out of court because they did not want a precedence set. I have a shot shock on the front right of my 2010 raptor right now but it is out of warrantee.
