Tonneau cover for 2017 Raptor
#11
This was the first one I was looking at. I saw it at a dealership and when it was rolled up it had the Ford Logo visible on it. Looked pretty good and I liked the way it looked closed or open. I just wasn't sure about partially open, etc.

I have a pace edwards full metal jackrabbit now. I really like it but there are times i need full bed access. My next cover will be a backflip.
I also have the bed rug, its great too until I need mulch or sod, too hard to clean out. Ill do a bed linner this time too. Possibly a rubber mat too so i dont cause damage to the aluminum weak bed.

It lets in tons of water, the Velcro doesn't hold the greatest, and the lock mechanism is flimsy.
It's my 4th access cover.
I'm going to spend a bit more and try something different next time

I have had the American roll cover on my last three trucks. Works great and one of the reasons I choose it over the others was it is the only one that stays locked all the time but doesn't require a key. It has a handle on the inside to unlatch it with. So when you lock your tailgate the cover is locked. I installed an automatic locking tailgate so when I lock my doors the tailgate locks and so does the cover.
Confused?
Give them a look.

if i didnt hate diamond plate with a passion i may agree with you. Its just diamond plate to me looks like something a hillbilly uses for mud flaps on their 76 ford with Confederate flags all over it..lol (PS i have nothing against confederate flags.)

BAKflip X2 for me. I have had 3 retrax pro's that worked great the first year or so then leaked like a sieve, is hard to lock in any position other than full closed or open, and it takes up so much room in the box itself. Also covers the stakes holes in the top of the rail so had to rig it to accept tie downs. X2 is really low profile, flat black, and you can see over it going down the road when it's rolled up.
