I find the Sony system terrible. I would not pay for it if you have the option.

It's not terrible, but like everyone else has said, it's not fantastic either. I have the Bang & Olufsen system in my S4 and it blows the sony out of the water. If you are the audiophile type you will not be impressed with the Sony at all.

The search feature doesn't seem to be working otherwise I'd link it, but there's a thread on surrounding the sub with cotton/pillow stuffing to get better sound. I did such and while I am not a sound guy I do think it sounded better.
