Default New Wheels Thread

I thought I would start a thread where everyone can post their new wheel (and tire) set up. Please add your wheel diameter, width, and offset along with a stance pic so everyone can see how the outside of the tire lines up with the body line. I am considering news wheels, but I'm a little **** about not having the wheels hanging out. Flush is ok! I think everyone here likes to see pics of new wheel setups on their trucks. Go.....

Crickets in here... This is what others have told me about the Raptor and hopefully this can help you or other.

Stock Tires: 315/70r17
Stock Wheels 17x9
Stock Offset: +34

I want to move my wheels out of the well a little so for every 1 inch you want to move them outward subtract 25.4” offset
1”: 8.6” Offset
1.5”: -4.1 Offset
2”: -16.8 Offset
Stock Lug Size (different then Gen1) 14x1.5 Lugs

I am still trying to verify the Raptor has a 6x135 Lug Pattern.

For what it's worth I plan on putting 35x12.50R18 on Fuel 18x10 Wheels with a 0 or 1 offset. Should give it a good look.

So with an 1.5" wider wheel plus the offset difference of 34mm (1.34"), you will be moving the outside of the wheel out about 2.1" correct? That's quite a bit....

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can jump in here and help....

I was told that if I go to a 18x10 with an offset up about 0+/- The tires should stick out about 1-1.5" ... That's the look I am going for at least.

Anyone?

This is my first truck ever and I am just loving it. So I wanted to do some mods which are listed in my signature.
I am in that predicament where I wanted a certain look and when I got my truck I put on fender flares before researching tires wheels and their sizes. I did upgrade my tires to KO2's 275/60.20 however they still sit too far in. The forum has been awesome with all the wisdom out there about stuff since I am not too mechanically inclined. Anyway, I have been given advice (78LMNT) to go to a -12 offset which will bring my wheels out more since I did not want to go to spacers which are not allowed in Ontario.

I was thinking of going to a wider tire say ko2 285/65/20 or a 305/55/20 with Fuel Coupler Rims. What would you say would be the best size and offset for my truck looking at it. Maybe I should go to an 18 inch rim??? I do not want any issues with rubbing or trimming. I am putting a 2 inch Tuff Country Level on it next week as well.
Advice is greatly appreciated.

StevieB - For what it's worth I plan on putting 35x12.50R20 Toyo M/T's on Fuel Rotor 20x9 wheels with an offset of 1. This should stick the wheels out about 2" I believe. I am not expert so if I am wrong someone correct me but sounds like these won't rub but give the the stance I am looking for on my 2017 Raptor.

Per my calculations this should stick my wheels out 39mm or 1.54", about 2.5" or so inches you measure tire sidewall to fender
