scrappy doo I have seen an advertisement/pamphlet online. It looks like its from ford, and has horsepower at 450. Type in 2017 ford raptor on google, go to images, and scroll through. It will appear a little way down on the page.

The high output ecoboost in the Raptor will have way more potential for more power than the 6.2. The downside is it will never have the rumble of the V8. The owner of the company I work for has a 2014 Raptor with the Roush SC and Borla exhaust. He loves the sound. The Ecoboost will never give him that. He said he will test drive a 2017 but I think it won't be enough.

3.5l @ 14.2 psi = ~450/500
6.2l @ 9.2 psi = ~670/650
Anything that can be done to the Eco can be done to the 6.2 and make far more power.

This isn't an accurate statement. Power 'potential' always goes to the larger engine - all things being equal - meaning you aren't placing restrictions on either engine. Move more air/fuel, make more power.
