Probably just use the factory leaf spring since I do tow some stuff. I'll measure when I get home. I have another question do you think these shocks will help with the bouncing effect in the rear end? Or should I get something adjustable.

Can't say, many Raptor guys swap to non OEM shocks. I'd look into the Fox 2.0 or 2.5 shocks honestly. But if you have the parts already it's worth a shock.

The FX4 Ranchos weren't really Ranchos, they were your basic shocks with Rancho stickers and plastic boot. Not sure if the Raptor "Fox" shocks are the same.

Change your bumpstops out for longer ones as f150 coilovers are 8 inch stroke and raptors are 10, other than that it would be about the same total length as an f150 coilover with a 2 inch leveling spacer on top.
Also the raptors fox shocks are built by fox and are internal bypass units, both front and rear have an internal valve that once it reaches a preset point in travel or a high enough velocity the valve closes and the shock becomes stiff. They are very high end for what they are, they would be a $100 cost where the stock shocks are maybe $1 per unit for ford to build or buy

So here's a predicament; I want a smoother ride on my FX4 but I also want to be able to haul around my 4 - 200lb friends...I have the Raptor leaf springs, blocks and rear shocks already (get em for a steal). How badly is the Raptor leaf spring/shock payload compared to my current stock leaf spring payload? Thanks!
