The vast majority are mall crawlers. the aluminum LCAs are a dead giveaway, if they are all scarred up (or replaced), it's been beat on.

It's not really a vehicle of half measures - kinda like a Jeep. Folks either nose dive into mods or they leave it alone.

If you can swing a Gen 2 then do it, I might at some point but it won't be until the craziness dies down.

your patience is absolutely a virtue. I got the dealers 6th allotment so Ill probably be staring at this forum until March waiting on mine anyway

Who knows, maybe Ill get a better deal just by waiting for it to arrive.

Was just having this conversation the other day. And at a 25k markup, you can easily put a MT kit on a Lariat and come out ahead.

100% agree with this. Wont be looking their way when it comes time to buy one of these machines.

So when exactly are betting you can get one for thousands under msrp? Just wondering if you get it for $1k under 6 months after we all get ours at msrp what are you really saving.

6 months with a raptor is easily worth more than 1 grand to me.

25k over vs. 1k under is more than 1 grand. I'm not sure I understand what you are saying.

I'd say the best time to buy a 2017 Raptor would be when the 2018's come out. Especially if the rumors are true and they have a new engine option. Even if there is no major change, you'll still get a better deal.

It's your money. I fully understand the desire to have the newest, coolest thing out there. 25K over MSRP is foolish IMO.

Plenty of fools over at 6G who've proudly paid ADM on their GT350's. Anyone who pays it will justify it in some way. They'll regret it, as they always do.

If you read my post youd see I said MSRP... I have yet to hear of anyone that paid some ridiculous +25k that you are talking about. I got mine at -$500 MSRP... not sure why so many people are bringing up talk about finances and stupid people with money... all talking about something that is not happening.
