I can check with my dealer tomorrow in SC if you like. They may also sell GT350 but not sure.

The largest dealer in Ga. quoted me 5K above MSRP. I have purchased 5 vehicles from them in the last 15 years and considered a good customer. Normal walkins must pay $10K plus. They are rank 22rd in the nation, with an allocation of 33. So not sure where to go in Ga. Waiting may be the best bet. Of course it is easy for me to say since I have an order for one.
PS: I now live in SC.

Which dealer is that? I've spoken with 5SF, Gwinnett, Nalley, Hennessy, Billy Howell, Greene and Loganville (I've got inquiries in to 6 or 7 more). All but two offered $5k over. One offered $2k over, and one offered MSRP with perhaps some more off. Another is going back to research availability after I told her what has been said about "a Raptor for every buyer".

This is my first Ford, but my fourth potential purchase from one family of dealers so that is my primary vector.

I would be interested in SC. That's not too far to drive if the GA dealers fall through.

The dealer is Akins Ford in Winder. I checked with 15 dealers before finding one.

I will check with the GM tomorrow and see if they will let me release their name. If you were local I would have no problems, but out of state may be an issue. I talk to him today but forgot. I will also check on the GT350.

I understand. Out of state purchase is no big deal from a process standpoint, but they want to keep those service dollars close.

Thanks, I got it. I'm waiting to hear back from someone local before I call them. Could you hold off until Monday?

The allocations are also not only on total number of vehicles sold. Its based off f-150 sales. So if your main dealer sold 500 vehicles a month but only 10 were f150s, then they would get less that someone that sold 100 vehicles but 50 were f-150s.
