The turbo build would be all custom and much more expensive than a supercharger. If it were mine I would do the stoker, heads, cams, and Whipple supercharger.

Thanks!

We sell to customers in a lot of states that require inspections and they pass. Usually, it would depend on parts used, cam specs, etc.
