Yeah my dealer just told me this about an hour ago. He was supposed to update me today but said he couldnt cause his system was down due to the fire..

My truck better not be melted......

Why would a fire at Global Headquarters affect production at a plant?

im sure it wont slow production. but the wait has been killing me and with my luck something will slow it..hahah

I was told they also have servers there for techs troubleshooting problems.. ..I went in today to get my steering wheel controls for the radio looked at and was told this... not happy

It would truly be sad if ford does not have an in place back up plan for such a catastrophic event like this! Some IT heads need to role if they don't!
