Default "Dovetailed" the Raptor

I decided to go this route after killing the OEM bumper in a minor fender bender. Rather than replace, I figured why not cut off?

The best part is the departure angles. I can now handle many of the jeep trails around here I couldn't even consider before. Based on my measurements and math I've gone from 21deg at the tire to 42deg, and 13deg at the hitch to a whoping 35degs!

A fine toothed blade on the jigsaw and a VERY steady hand

One thing about this mod on the Raptor that might be the same on the other 09+ F150s is the hitch... its not bolted in, its welded. We had to cut it out, chop it up, reweld it together and reweld it in. Its no small job. YMMV.
