Dodge's answer to the Raptor

Probably not, new F150's that are 4wd run in the 30k+ range, more like 35k+. You cannot for 10k get a better offroad system than what comes stock on the raptor. Lift and tires alone will run you close to that before we even start talking about the shocks, upgraded brakes, control arms, skid plates etc. Yes there are better aftermarket products than what the Raptor comes with stock, but you really cannot beat the Raptor for its price.

1: The dodge truck is a stock pickup with everypart available for u to buy and bolt on at home if you so wish. The raptor....Not so much.
2: The chevy truck is a nice try but the front end is ugly and it should not be based on the 2500. I like the inner fenders with fox res's built in and the de badged look, and nicest stock wheels chevy has come out with.
If nothing else it keeps people thinking that the other manufactures are thinking about building something. The big difference is they aren't and ford has been building and selling one for a few years allready. The catch up game begins.

dont get me wrong, its a great looking truck, not an offroader tho. take your raptor and take it to brenthel engineering and put a long travel kit on it. then youll have a truck to really brag about.

I think some you forget the 2011 raptor has a 6.2l putting out 411hp and 435 ft lbs of torque, that's worth the price by it's self
