yeah definitely wouldnt hurt to bring it to their attention before hand. Like someone stated on the previous page the caps are different so they cant just paint the ones that come on it. (if they are black)

it took like 4 days for my dealer to get the proper caps in to be painted. you could change them yourself but i needed my 1000mile oil change anyway so figured i would let them do it incase something doesnt match up.

Maybe your dealer can just order a set of new caps now in preparation of your truck coming improperly built...lol

I dont know about you guys but when mine came i wasnt leaving it at the dealer and waiting. 4.5 months was long enough. hahah

well apparently it takes 8 days to paint 2 mirror caps...... i Finally pick it up tomorrow....

had to pull it into the garage to get a pic since it was dark when i got home..

So After 6 weeks i finally have the truck i paid for....

dealer has the covers for my truck and will be painting them this week. claim was accepted.

nice. not sure why they wanted to have mine to match the paint perfectly.... atleast thats what they said. dont know why the paint code wasnt god enough.

found out that they dont do the paint work they have a 3rd party do it at another location, which is why it took so long..

hopefully yours will be a little faster..haha

yea mine has their own shop but it's located about 5 miles from the actual dealership. It will be don't this week.
