Anyone else submit a mis-build claim?
So ive had my truck for exactly 3 weeks now.
Ive opened a claim because my mirror caps did not come body color like they were supposed to..
As of 2 weeks ago now i FINALLY got a case number and was told ford was "looking into it"
My question here is, if anyone else has submitted a claim, are they as HORRIBLE responding to you as they are to me??????
My dealer has called and left them multiple voicemails because according to them, Ford is requiring the original build sheet which they dont have.
I get a "call" from someone different at ford every 3 days but somehow they are doing something to go straight to my voicemail because it never rings..
Ive tried to call the extension back the second i listen to the message only to get that reps voicemail ofcourse.. and not once have they called me back after leaving them a voicemail..
You know i thought my struggles with ford were done after waiting well over 4 months to get my truck.. Only to be back in the ridiculousness that is ford service.. I cannot believe i put myself through this crap for a truck. While i love my ford i dont see me buying another when i sell this truck. I see why chevy wins awards yearly, when your going up against customer service this horrible......

Issue is Ford giving us both the run around.. it can clearly be seen right on the window sticker..haha My thought is that there should be no questions.. Its not there, so fix your mess up..

yea, i have yet to see a single truck with this option actually come with the painted skull caps. i know on the website they are supposed to come with them but i honestly feel ford made a mistake with the build sheets and thats why no one got them.
my truck should be here end of next week, im curious if they are on there or not, SHOULD be but i doubt it.

Dude you tried this last time.. Take your Canadian truck and drive over your computer so you cant post anymore....
US trucks with this addon are supposed to come WITH body colored caps...
