It would be interesting to see what kind of numbers it would make with 30" or 31" tires. You guys should try it for the heck of it next time to see what the difference is.

That would be interesting to see. We've done a few header, CAI, tuned Harley Trucks with the 6.2 and they always make more power than a Raptor with the same mods.

We don't have emissions testing here, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't pass.

why wouldn't it pass emissions? as long as it still has cats on and all the emission stuff theres no reason it wouldn't. if it runs that dirty it would throw a code in the computer and if you're not seeing codes then the tuning is excellent.

The tune is great, no CEL's and drives excellent. I just think that with the cams, it would have a hard time passing the sniffer.
