I don't think this is right (hope)
Check 4 minute mark here, you can see the Detroit Auto show truck had the 8" gauge screen

I have a 2015 F150, and what you see at the 4 minute mark is 100% the 8" gauge screen

I hope it comes with the 801pkg. When ford puts up their build and price hopefully that will tell us for sure. The one dealer that I talked to could not find any info on it. He was aware of it for the reg f150.

Has anyone figured this out yet? There isn't enough information on the ford website, that I have found, that will clearly explain what package or optional add on will have the 8" productivity screen in the instrument cluster. Searching through pictures on cars.com of Raptors that have been built and delivered it seems that all 802A's have the 8". I am able to find pictures of other Raptors with the smaller 4.2" screen but I was not able to find window stickers for any of those showing which package it was.

Unfortunately I think I have solved the mystery. If you follow the link below and go to page 27 you will see the breakdown under packages 801A and 802A. The 8" productivity screen in the instrument cluster is listed under the 802A package and NOT under the 801A package. Pretty disappointing.

Ford will be using more of a digital instrument cluster the future,at least on cars. The new gt and the 2018 ford mustang will have the newer cluster. I just wish the 801A had the bigger cluster. My 801A will be better than my 2012 stx cluster though.
