Why no plan pricing? The Raptor isn't excluded. They are going to make as many as they can sell this time. If you hold off or find another dealer you can get invoice or plan pricing on one.

On some current ford commercials they mention certain cars that are not available for the plan/0 percent. I'm going to ask one more dealer next week. I feel it should be able for the plan, the dealer will still make money.

Ford Performance replaced SVT. Like SVT vehicles in the past...Ford Performance vehicles aren't eligible for A,X,Z Plan pricing.
I've talked to a few local dealers and they will sell Raptors for MSRP but they won't budge below. At least they aren't marking the price up?

Some dealers sell F150s at or sometimes even below plan. They still make money. If they want they can do it with Raptors. If they don't...well they may not be getting my money. The more they sell, the more they serve to make kickbacks due to high volume per month/quarter. What is the difference which vehicle they sell and make a few bucks on XL, XLT....Raptor, it all deposits the same in the bank.

They have a hot product that people want so they try to make as much as they can. I can't really blame them. I'm just not paying sticker, and sure as hell am not paying a markup. There will be people that do pay mark up, but I'm not one of them

So they interior color accent package is the orange inserts on the seats?

The orange is on the outer most panel of the seat and backrest. Accent Package also includes orange stitching on dash, seats, steering wheel and door panels. The upper center trim piece on the door panel looks like carbon fiber but with an orange color to it. See it here:

The trim on the doors in the video above is not carbon fiber. It looks to have a snakeskin or honeycomb type of design to it.

That package description sounds exactly like the Sport Appearance Package on my 2015 Lariat.
