One of my dealers said they have 2 coming on the lot shortly that were ordered by the dealer.... That will be my chance.

Hi guys,
So I placed my order back in the end of July. I checked with my dealer last week and they're still saying that they don't have a VIN nor a build date. I asked what my priority date is via email but I didn't get a response yet. They did give me the order number and I know their dealer code from the order confirmation the sales manager printed out for me. However, when I try to track the order on cotusb.ford.com it says that no matching vehicle has been found. I read in some posts that cotus is not used to track Raptor builds which means my dealer is the only one that can provide updates? I have read some other members mention Ford Service provided updates on their orders, is that another entity or Ford direct? What would you guys suggest in terms of me getting some updates on my order? Any help is greatly appreciated.

COTUS does NOT work for Raptors. Go to Twitter or Facebook and direct message (DM) Ford Service. Give them last name, order number, and Dealer number and they will be able to get you the most accurate up to date information available.
