Me too... It's been a week and I'm not sure I can take it anymore. I did have to go without the Carbon Fiber package or they said it might be 4 months. I did go with the spray in liner so hopefully that won't hold me up long.

In March, I custom ordered a 2017 Ford Raptor, but unlike almost all other Ford dealers, Eide Ford did not mark up the vehicle above MSRP and offered me top dollar for my trade-in. The Ford Raptors are usually marked up anywhere between $5,000-$20,000 over MSRP, depending on which part of the country you live in. The other local Ford dealership offered me a Raptor for $10,000 over MSRP. At Eide Ford I paid $400 below sticker price.

My new truck finally arrived at Eide last Wednesday. Unfortunately, my trade-in vehicle was still at a local body shop having some hail damage repaired and wasn't going to be ready for a few more days. I was "bummed" knowing that my new truck had finally arrived, yet I would only be able to look at it for a few more days.

To my surprise, the manager told me to just take it home with me and come back to finalize the deal once my trade-in was out of the shop. I was stunned and I am forever grateful to the folks at Eide. All I was asked to do was get the vehicle insured and I was handed the keys.

I know of no other dealership that would go to this length of customer satisfaction. Although, I have bought two previous vehicles from Eide, I have not exclusively bought from them over the past 6 years. I once switched brands briefly, before returning to Ford, and the last Ford truck I purchased I bought from the competition. It was a momentary lack of judgement and in retrospect, I regretted it.

I can say without reservation that Eide Ford is the best dealership I have ever done business with. Their service goes beyond what can be reasonably expected and every time I think that they could not get any better, they manage to raise the bar again. My sales person, Dana Schmoker (701-269-0161) was exceptional, as were the GSM and the rest of the sales team. As long as I remain in ND or nearby, I will never deal with another Ford dealership, except Eide Ford. They are second to none. I love my new Raptor.

I added everything I can to the truck, except exterior graphics, interior carbon fiber or color accent packages, or rim upgrades. I attached the window sticker to the reply. As I stated in my original post, I paid $405 less than sticker price.

I can't at this time buy one, so I am putting it out there for anyone that might be interested. And, no I am not a salesperson. This dealer has done me right so I told them I would put the info out to the forum. Besides, I think I get a tank of gas if I refer someone to them that buys a vehicle. And having a 36 gallon tank......

Pretty sure that anyone in this section probably reads the other section and has seen my post but just in case you missed it and are looking for a Raptor, message me and I will give you the salesperson's name and phone number.

Like I said in my other thread I am posting this to maybe help someone out in getting their dream truck. So many other members have posted good deals and info that has helped us all out.

XLT Shaker - I tried sending you a PM, not sure if it went through. Can you please PM me with the salesperson / dealer info?

Thanks!

Default Raptor at MSRP

Hey grmec

If you are looking for a Raptor at MSRP, I know a dealer here in ND that sells them without mark-up. I am not affiliated with them and do not get any incentives for steering people their way. I am simply a very happy customer, who just bought a Raptor from them. You can read my post about my buying experience in this threat.

Anyway, if you are looking to buy a Raptor without mark-up and cannot find a dealer in your neck of the woods, give Dana Schmoker at Eide Ford a call. His personal # is 701-269-0161. I referred two other people, one from FL, one from CA, to him and both ended up ordering theirs the same day. I love my Gen2 Raptor. Best of luck.
