I went in to get a '13 GT500 and they wanted 15K above msrp. Best deal i could find in the city was only 10K above msrp so instead I ended up getting a brand new Harley F150 instead. Not sure why dealers are so strict with the Raptors as well because I dont see many of those below 50K here but i got a sweet deal on my Harley and I personally like it better than a Raptor. Not sure why i was able to get it for 10K less than a Raptor when i have more options and same engine.

Was the $6k deal under msrp? If so that sounds good to me if its new. I just bought a 4mo old '12 for ~8k under its orig msrp, but it wasnt new though. I planned to order a '13 but didnt think i could wait it out, and my ideal optioned '12 popped up.

That's why I bought a 2012 GT500. I ended up getting 9K off MSRP for a loaded SVT PP car with Recaros. Considering the dealerships are starting to inventory 2012/2013 Raptors, I figure they'll be more likely to negotiate this year.

Sitdown.... not sure if your question was directed to me but if it was, yes what i paid for my HD was below MSRP. I actually paid less than what most people were getting platinums for. Which is why i didnt want to pass that up.

Danman_s....I thought very very seriously about just getting a 2012 GT500 but this is my first brand new vehicle and didnt want to spend 45k on something that still wasnt mine from the beginning. Plus I wanted that new Shelby beast of a motor so bad. I decided to save money and buy a bad*** truck instead. Still wish i had that Shelby though, just to see what all that HP feels like.
