Default 2012 raptor

Seriously thinking bout buying a 2012 raptor. Going to dealer tommorrow after work. I want one bad. What do you guys see as an average mpg? And can I pull a 1800 lb. trailer ok?gonna trade my 2011 ecoboost in on it. There's something about the raptor that I can't help get one and be done with it.... I won't be happy till I got one in the driveway ;-)

The SCrew has the better towing capacity 1800 lbs is no issue at all. I have seen others avg 12-16 mpg and some can get up to 18 apparently. It really depends on your driving style though. If MPG is a concern it is definitely not the truck for you :P

No mpg won't stop me at all. I was just curios is all. I'm just torn between a 12 or ordering a 13 now. What are the differences between the 2?

13 has My Ford Touch technology with the different layout on the dash, HID lights as an option, wheel liners as an option, beadlock wheels as an option, and the new Terrain color as an option. Aside from that its the same as the 12. With the MFT i believe the nav screen is a bit bigger, and if you dont get nav you get a smaller LCD screen.

The deal fell through. I just can't afford it right now. But I'm not done.. I'm gonna save up some loot to put down and hopefully get one in a year or so. I should have never stopped to look at the one in front of the local dealer

Sorry to hear, but at least you have a plan and a goal! It will make it that much sweeter knowing that it will be completely affordable!
