I think that raptor is tied with the Lamborghini Gallardo for the coolest cop car.

no, if it was a real flag thats the way it would be flying while the truck was moving. its right.

ditto - if you look at the right shoulder of troops in the field, the american flag is reversed. At first it looks strange, but it is correct that way ... stars forward.
