Ok long story our 5.4 3v in our 2007 f150 have a very bad miss. 5/6 I put all new champion plugs in no change.. Come to find out it had a broken valve spring and a bent valve due to the tencinor collapsing. We put the heads all back on and now it has a miss on cold start. Number 4 miss. I swapped coils one 4-5 did not follow. Swapped the new plugs and it fallowed.. Is it possible to have gotten a bad plug?

Yes indeed.

I had to hand-inspect a whole case of these to find 24 god ones. Some were cracked, some loose, others dropped. Gorrilla in the supply chain somehwere not getting enough bananas, I reckon

I'm running pre-inspected Champs -no issues. On my second set ( I R&R plugs frequently - I find it relaxing, lol).

Only other recommendation is Motorcraft SP515. Not Bosch, not Autolite, not E3.

good luck
