5.4 swap to 4.6 is it possible
Not sure if I am doing this in the right place as I am new to the whole forum scene. I have a 1997 f259 7 lug with 4x4. It has a seized motor. I am on a limited budget. I have found a 2000 f150 with a 4.6 triton with a bad transmission and is 2 wheel drive. Is it possible to take the 4.6 from the 2000 and put it in the 1997? What all will need to be changed. I am just trying to get back on the road.
