Has anyone tried to put the 5.0 Mustang blue plastic covers on your 2011 or found any aftermarket ones?

haven't bought them yet, but I believe they will snap right on.....the valve covers on my 5.0 have the holes molded into the cover already......sum web sites have them for around 100 bucks a pair.

Negative. The 5.0 is our trucks does not have the "ball-studs" mounted to the engine valve (cam) covers. The Powered By Ford ones I bought have 3 mounting holes in them that match up to the valve covers but there are no studs.

I have tried 2 different Ford Motorsports dealers to no avail.

I am making a trip to the dealer for a hands on look at a Mustang 5.0 to see if the studs are even removable or molded into the valve covers.
