Ok so i got the oil pan off and it was pretty bad in ther a bunch of small pieces in the oil pick up screen and a bunch of bigger pieces of the plastic chain guides in the bottom of the pan it was a pain getting that off i didnt drop the front diff but im going to when i install the new one on i bent the pan a little taking it out so im going to get a new pan and pick up tube so hopefully this will take care of it

I don't know if the front end is different between f150s and expeditions, but I too had difficulties getting my pan off. I found if I unbolted the passengers side of the dif, I was able to drop the dif an inch or do to eek the pan out. Slipping it back on with a new seal took even more effort, but ended up being possible.

yea it wasnt fun taking it off im going to take the diff off to put the new pan back on but looks like no one stocks the pan or oil pickup tube so ill have to wait untill tomorrow for the parts im hoping that was the issue it was pretty restricted in ther with all them pieces

So i ended up getting the parts today put pan and pick up back on and it drove perfect cold soon as it warmed up it shakes a little but doesnt stall no error codes now since i erased them last time when i was getting miss fire on 2,4,and 5 any more thoughts what could be going on

Bit of a shake? I had the same thing too at idle. I checked for misfires by disconnecting each injector. Could find a problem cylinder, so I put on a new fuel filter and so far that's taken care of it. Oddly enough though, it took about 500km before the new filter "fixed" the rough idle

Update on the truck: I have had a a 02 sencor error for 3 years on the truck really didnt consider it a code anymor it was bank 1 sencor 1 stuck lean well after almost giving up today and taking it to the dealer i just repalaced it after that it runs smooth no missing no hesitation back like it was when its new so im finally done with this project i hope for a while, didnt no this engine would be so sensative to the 02 sencors to cause missfires but anyways thanks for your help i really appriciate it
