Squeeze more bang out of my 5.4
What can I do to get more power out of my truck?
Mods so far:
Airaid JR
Edge Evo
True dual magnaflows
Removed cats
I don't want to do anything overly wild but if I could find a used supercharger setup that would be willing to swap me for the regular intake and some cash I'd consider it.

What's your goal exactly? You have the gambit of bolt-ons and you don't want to do anything too wild but you are contemplating a supercharger. Why don't you put a small 75 HP nitrous kit on the truck first and see how you like it? Before you go slamming more air into the engine, you should consider the exhaust system in full. A motor that can exhale more than it inhales is more efficient and will generate more power with less effort. Cold intake air is more dense where as exhaust gases are less dense and need more help in getting out. Ford engines have always responded well to longer exhaust durations in the cam profile with slightly more lift. I would spend the money in the engine before dropping the dough on auxiliary power adders. Just my opinion.

I've looked into cams and they are pricey for these engines. Would regearing give me the same performance boost I'm looking for? Both of those options are upwards of 1k installed.

For the money, nitrous kits are the cheapest and easiest bang for your buck. The dollar per net horsepower cost is much less than any bolt on power adder such as a supercharger or turbo. Just keep it below 100 HP and you can safely have a little fun if everything is installed and operated correctly.
Don't get suckered into buying placebo Power adders like throttle body spacers, bigger fuel pumps, larger injectors, and fancy spark plugs. All of the aforementioned parts have their place in the performance market, but not one of them will give you more power; they are requisites when things like turbos, superchargers, and large displacements are present.

Top end speed isn't what I'm after. Off the line is. Idk much about nitrous how much does it cost to fill a bottle. When should I use it. All this questions scare me as far as nitrous is concerned. Would I need a custom tune will I have to run 91 or 87 octane be fine?

A bottle cost about $55-$60 to fill and with only a 75 shot on it you will get about 15-20 runs. You can get away with no tune but it's much smarter to get one. Anything over a 75 you must get a custom tune. You will also have to run 1 step colder plug and you will have to run premium gas or better.

I already have the edge programmer an that has a quick connect option for nos. I saw that on a trucks episode. I was just wondering the price it would cost to do that I think that'd be sweet

Most kits cost about $600-$700 for a simple kit but to do it safely it cost a bit more.
