If someone put oil or anti-sieze on the plugs or threads or oil got into the threads it will cause them not to torque properly and they will work their way loose. I would clean the threads and plugs with a gentle spray of automotive fuel cleaner such as gumout throttle body cleaner (don't over do it, just a little bit) to get rid of any oil. That might help. Unfortunately the cylinder plug threads might be stripped ie: the now infamous plug blowout on the V8's which is a known manufacturing defect. Also use a torque wrench to make sure the plugs are tightened to specifications.
Other than those, I have no ideas.
Good luck.

yah...most people add way to much anti seize... or none at all... i would clean the threads really well and get a good set of plugs add a very thin coat of anti seize... torque plugs to 7-14ft/lbs..i beleive
