Default is the crane 503901 cam computer friendly for sure

Everywhere i read that this cam is compatible with the stock speed air density in my 92 4.9 f150 but when i look on summitracing's site it says it is not compatible with computer controlled vehicles. So Im wondering is it or not computer friendly? Any info is appreciated as i am probably going to have to tear my motor down this winter and might as well hop it up a little while its out.

It might have something to do with emissions.

well im not worried too much about that im leavin all the smog crap in place i just want the computer to work with the new cam. I figured that since this cams duration @.050 is 204 int. and 216 exh. and the stock one is 212 i beleive that this cam would cooperate with the computer and the lsa is 112 which from what ive read is with in specs for the stock ecm the only difference is the lift jumps from .247int and .247exh to .458 int and .487exh
