Default will my truck still work?hauling question?

Ok so I just lowered my truck in the front and it now sits 3 inches lower than stock, Im installing my flip kit tomorrow and its gonna be set at 5" in the rear. I just recieved a call from my father, wanting to borrow my truck to carry 50 pakages of floor tiles, each pack 12 tiles in them. Hes planning to drive far to pick them up resulting in a 400 plus mile drive. Will my newly lowered truck hold up? I expect to sag but how bad will it be??? Please chime in

A notch is needed I am sure. Probably without the heavy load, but certainly with it. Also helper bags are a great idea if you plan to haul much.

Nope. Notch isn't needed for a 5in drop

If you flip kit and haul heavy loads you will want helper bags, or a notch. Both would be your best bet.

You would probably be sitting on the bump stops. Helper bags would be the best compromise. But like custm2500 said both would be the best.

yes it can for about 3-400lbs, but might hit the frame on big dip on the highway.
with helper bag, you would have peace of mind!
