Yes, we have a factory sway bar in the front only, and Ram truck have one in the back from the factory.

That's great! I wonder why there isn't one available for the rear. And I also wonder who manufacturers the OEM sway bars.

You shouldn't have a problem fitting the Hellwig bars as long as you have a flip kit in the rear and not re-arced springs. I don't know if the front bar is better or not. I guess it depends on your taste. It's ~42% stiffer than stock so you will definitely feel the difference in cornering and ride. I like it but I'm sure some people would not be happy with the stiffer ride.

IIRC, there is a specific bar to use with the flip kit. I'll check mine tomorrow to see if I can still find a part number.

The regular rear sway bar is belltech #5548
the flipped axle one is #5551.
