side by side comparison: belltech vs djm flip kits
I have used both companies in the past for all different kinds of trucks. The dim flip kit for the f150 is just absolute garbage. It will work, but I had nothing but pinion shake and dog tracking since I put it on. Having to remove an axle locater pin from the leaf pack to install it was pretty dumb also.

I completely agree with you! I've used Belltech since the late 80's, and have had nothing but great fittment and hardware. Used a DJM kit just to see what the difference was, and NEVER AGAIN! It rode like poo, and was not near the product Belltech is.
Belltech FTW!!

Its a 4.5 drop and take off the front hanger if you go lower later for 5 inches.
This is for people that want the option to slam it later but for now keep it at a higher level which has worked out fine. Since 2004 of lowering the 04 up trucks on the rear djm kit I only had one problem which was a wrong weld which DJM took care of no questions asked. Jeff, Mark and Mike are good people to deal with there.

I have djm and it do the job very well.
Plus you can adjust the pinion angle whitout having to put shim.
No pinion shake: and the truck still work hard pulling my 7000lbs toy hauler.
On my ex ranger. I made a belltech style bracket and it worked well too.
It just 2 different design and both work well.

Hey Maxpat, how much of a drop do you have on your truck?? What kind of truck? I am looking at lowering my truck as well, but I also tow a 6-7k lb trailer weekly, and want to make sure I don't compromise that... Thanks
