Default Ready to drop truck, but....

I got a set of 275/55/20 wheels and am ready to lower it. Most of my research tells me a 2 and 4 inch drop would be sufficient, but I noticed that the front tires are sticking out about 1 cm. I rather them not stick out.
1. Any suggestions of what type of suspension I should get
2. Is there anything I can do to about the wheels not sticking out (not sure of the offset)

Thanks,

My lil Truck....Ready for a drop....

Hate to say it but the correct fix would be a set of wheels with a different offset.

There are many trucks with 2"+ of drop in the front with factory wheels!

You're probably right, I should have done a little more research with the 'new' stock 20 inch wheels...I do like the 'stock' newer Ford wheels though...
Hopefully it won't look tacky.....
