Default lincoln navigator air struts on an F-150?

like the title says... ive been searching google/bing for 2 days and i cant find a definite answer. im looking to swap in some lincoln navigator front air struts (03-06) on my truck to get a more cushy ride and possibly lower it another inch. i havent found anything on the air strut directly mounting in my 2008 (04-08) strut pocket or anything on converting or locking the solenoids to stay open so i can run a manual schrader valve until i wire up a compressor.i also posted this question on LFT FB page (lowered ford trucks) and not one answer yet! LoLany help would be appreciated because i have found a couple cheap sets on craigslist VS buying belltech struts. thanks guys!!!

You really want to put the navigator suspension weak link(the air strut knowed to fail often) on your F150?

The navigator had an independent rear suspension. It has struts in the rear like you have in the front suspension of your truck. Your rear axle is solid and runs on leaf springs. It wouldn't work. People replace the air springs with replacement struts as they fail:
